Health
Pets in healthy conditions.

Vaccination
The vaccination needs to be administered for at least 2 weeks before boarding, and the vaccination’s status needs to be valid at all time. The pet care provider might reject or won’t accept pet’s with expired vaccination to safely ensure the pets under their care.

Tick & Flea Prevention
This pet care is a pest free space and we hope to keep it that way. Therefore it is compulsory for ALL PETS to apply Revolution / Frontline / Advantix Spot On or Nexgard. We will apply the spot on for all resident pets during check-in time as a protection against ticks & fleas. Pet owners may choose to bring along your own ones, otherwise it is possible to get it from us. Charges for the tick prevention are as below, depending on pet's weight.

Special Care Needs
Pets requiring special care should advise specifically all the care required prior to making a reservation.

Behavioral Advice
Kindly advise if your pet is aggressive or not so friendly. We have a lot of experience in handling such pets and managed to make friends with many of them and they return home happy.
